Chef Thomas Chapman, formerly of Medinah Country Club in Chicago, was chef for Team Europe at the 2012 Ryder Cup and teaching chef for Sur la Table. He received his classic French training from celebrity chef Raymond Blanc. The craft cocktail list offers balance and design to the palates of connoisseurs and novices alike. The wine list boasts 29 wines by-the-glass which are cared for in cruvinets.
